World Trade Rules

1. DEFINITIONS.

"Operator" - the owner of the resource cp-expanse.com, expa.gg, playexpanse.com, is a Party to the User Agreement. The Operator's administration performs maintenance, provides users with access to the Resource, services (including paid services), in accordance with the terms of this Agreement.
"User" means an individual who has completed registration on the Resource cp-expanse.com, expa.gg, playexpanse.com or participates in the Resource projects. "User" and "Operator" are Parties to the Agreement. "Resource" means special software and hardware complexes placed on the Operator's resources. User access to the resource is provided only by the Operator. All rights to use this resource belong exclusively to the Operator.
"Site" means a website located on the Internet at cp-expanse.com, expa.gg, playexpanse.com. "Services" means providing Users with access to the Resource, use of features and services, participation in projects under the terms and conditions specified in the Agreement. The Operator's Services are provided free of charge. The only exceptions are Additional Paid Services. All Services are provided by the Operator only within the Resource, i.e. during its use by the User. "Additional Paid Services" means the provision of additional special features of the Resource to the User for a fee. These services are not mandatory and are provided at the User's request. Paid services are also provided by the Operator exclusively within the Resource.

2. SUBJECT OF AGREEMENT

2.1 The Operator provides access to the Resource (Services, Paid Services) to an unlimited number of persons on the terms and conditions of this Agreement.
2.2. The User is aware that the main purpose of the Resource cp-expanse.com, expa.gg, playexpanse.com is the organization of leisure and entertainment by the Operator, in no way related to gambling.

3. TERMS OF ENTRY INTO FORCE OF THE AGREEMENT

3.1 Upon acceptance of this Agreement, the User shall have the Rights and Obligations provided for in the text of this Agreement.
3.2. The User accepts and agrees to the terms of this Agreement by registering an account on the website: playexpanse.com. The fact of acceptance means that the User fully and unconditionally agrees to all the terms and conditions and annexes of this Agreement.
3.3. If the User for any reason does not agree with the terms of this Agreement, he/she must stop further use of the Site and Operator's Services.
3.4. The use of the Website and Operator's Services is possible only after the User accepts this Agreement.
3.5. By accepting this Agreement, the User confirms his/her legal capacity, right to conclude this Agreement. The Operator does not need to check the data specified by the User during registration.
3.6. If the User needs to create an account (hereinafter referred to as the "Account") to use the playexpanse.com infotainment Resource or to participate in the Resource projects, the User shall complete the registration process by providing the Operator with current, complete and accurate information (including e-mail) in the appropriate form. In case of posting on the playexpanse.com Resource about participation in partner programs, the registered user has the right to participate in contests, drawings, competitions on the Website of partners cp-expanse.com, expa.gg, playexpanse.com.

4. RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS OF THE PARTIES

User's rights

4.1 User's Rights.

In accordance with this Agreement, the User has the Right to:

Use the Portal for personal, non-commercial purposes only.
Use all services, resources (including Additional Paid Services) provided by the Operator.
If necessary, contact the site technical support service for assistance, ask the Operator any questions that may arise, Using the contact information or feedback form.
Send inquiries, letters or other types of appeals to Resource Administration;
Free of charge (without provision of Additional Paid Services) to use the site and participate in the Resource projects.

Responsibilities of the User

4.2 User's Obligations.

By complying with the terms and conditions of this agreement, the User undertakes to:

Provide accurate information when registering on the Site.
Be responsible for ensuring the non-disclosure (confidentiality) of the data stored in his/her account, his/her login and passwords, and be prepared to face the consequences of any failure to maintain confidentiality and disclosure in any way of his/her account data.
If necessary, at the request of the Operator, provide confirmation of his personal data specified on the Site during registration.
Follow the Operator's instructions on this Resource.
The User undertakes to independently carry out regular familiarization with changes made to this User Agreement, as well as to any other documents, content updates and resources provided by the operator.

For the purposes of the clause, the user agrees to regularly visit the website (or other resource) provided by the operator to review any changes, updates or additions.
If the user does not agree with the changes made, he/she undertakes to stop using the operator's resources. Continued use of the resources after the changes come into force means acceptance of these changes.
The Operator shall not be liable for the user's failure to be aware of the changes made, if the user fails to fulfill his/her obligation to familiarize himself/herself with them in accordance with this clause of the User Agreement.

Do not infringe copyright and intellectual property rights of the Operator placed on its Resource.
Comply with all terms and conditions of this Agreement without limitation.
The User agrees to use the Resource solely for entertainment purposes, without seeking any benefit from the Resource.

4.3 The User is not entitled to:

Using the Operator's Resource, the User is not entitled to:

Use errors (bugs) of the Site and the Resource Services.
Use malicious programs that may cause damage to the Resource.
Create, use, or transact with any in-game items created or copied by exploiting design flaws, undocumented problems, or programmatic errors in the Resource.
Fraud and other illegal acts: creating, using, promoting and/or distributing, advertising and/or assisting in the following:
cheats: any method not expressly authorized by the Operator that affects and/or facilitates gameplay.
bots: any method, not expressly authorized by Operator, that automates the management of a Resource or parts thereof, or any other function of the Platform, such as special software that gives superiority over other users, or automates game functions.
hacking: e.g. gaining unauthorized access to a database, computer system and/or modifying software code or any code and/or software not expressly authorized by the Operator that can be used to facilitate gameplay or other functions.
Restrict access to the site to other users.
Prohibited Behavior:
Stalking: these are statements and/or behaviors that cause deep emotional distress to another person. This is an extremely serious offense. It is forbidden to do this in any place where you can express yourself, such as chat, comments, or headlines. It is also a violation when a player character's name contains a term that could be considered harassment.
Nuisance behavior: is speech or behavior that harms or interferes with the gameplay of other users.
"Offensive expression" means expression in general that causes emotional distress by being offensive to another person. It is forbidden to do so wherever expression is allowed.
"Impersonation" means impersonating another player, Operator or any other third party.
Harassment, "upsetting", abusive behavior or chatting, behavior intended to unreasonably undermine or disrupt the gaming experience of others, intentional inactivity or disconnection, and/or any other activity that violates Operator's Codes of Conduct or the Game Rules.
ANY ATTEMPT TO DISRUPT THE OPERATION OF THE PLATFORM OR UNDERMINE ANY OPERATION OF THE GAME MAY BE A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND/OR CIVIL LAWS.
You may not disrespect or express threats against the Expanse team or other Users wherever they are expressed, either in-game or on other community platforms.
Conduct anti-advertising on the Resource that disrupts the stability of the community, including similar behavior on other resources or sites.
To advertise anything without the written permission of the Operator.
Real Money Trading (RMT). RMT refers to the act of directly or indirectly transferring, giving or delegating in-game data or in-game activity for remuneration (which includes currency, goods, property, currency - available outside of our services, character(s), item(s), item(s), data, information, etc.) or assistance with this type of behavior. If RMT activity is confirmed, restrictions will be placed on the user's account.
Examples of RMT include offering or receiving compensation for the following:

Game accounts
Characters
In-game currency
In-game services
In-game items

Managing normal gameplay by using multiple computers to run multiple characters at the same time, which gives superiority over other users. If a player is caught playing on multiple computers, they will be subject to account lockout and an investigation will be initiated to identify possible RMT or other illegal activity.
Unauthorized Connections: facilitate the establishment or maintenance of any unauthorized connection to the Platform, including but not limited to (ii) any connection to any unauthorized server that emulates or attempts to emulate the Platform; and/or any connection using third-party software or tools not expressly authorized by Operator.
Cloud Gaming: use the Platform, including the Game, in conjunction with any unauthorized third-party cloud gaming service, cloud gaming service, or any other software or service designed to enable unauthorized streaming or transfer of Game Content from a third-party server to any device not expressly authorized by Operator.

The User agrees that his Rights and Obligations may be changed/added by the Operator, and these changes will be notified through the contact information provided during registration (or on the Site).

In case any violations are detected, the Operator has the right to impose penalties on the User as detailed in clause 4.8.

All accounts belonging to the same User may be penalized for rule violations on one of them.

Operator's rights

4.4 Operator's Rights.

This Agreement grants Operator the following Rights:

At any time at its own discretion, unilaterally and without prior notice to Users, expand, modify, terminate, restrict the provision of Services, as well as Additional Paid Services. Manage all processes on the Resource at its own discretion. Suspend, change the course of any processes without prior notice to the User.
Apply penalties to the User in case of violation of this Agreement.
Delete/modify information about Users posted on the Portals.
To monitor, store identification and statistical information about the User.
To send Users technical, advertising and other information related to the Resource, Services and Paid Services.
Inform, warn, make remarks, notify the User in case of non-compliance/violation of the terms of this Agreement. All recommendations of the Operator shall be strictly followed by the User.
Take legal measures to protect their intellectual, copyrighted property.
Modify, change, supplement the Resource by yourself, without prior notice to the User.
The Operator's failure to act on the User's breach of this Agreement does not exclude the application of penalties to them in the future.

Duties of the Operator

4.5 Operator's Obligations.

As a party to the User Agreement, the Operator undertakes to:

Make it possible for the User to receive Operator's Services within the framework of this Resource (including receipt of Additional Paid Services).
To answer Users' questions, in case of disputable situations to take all measures to resolve them.

Limitation of Operator's liability

4.6 Limitation of Operator's Liability

The Operator shall not be liable under this Section for:

Any damage caused or that may be caused to the User's personal data and computer related to the use of the Resource and the Site.
Losses (direct/indirect) caused to the User related to the use or inaccessibility of the Resource (impossibility to use it), behavior of third parties within the Resource, as well as other participants of the Resource projects, unauthorized access to personal data.
Speeches, distributed information, statements of Users and other unlawful actions performed by them on and off the Resource.
Information specified by the User during registration, loss of access to the Resource (login, password, etc.).
Loss of the User's purchased virtual valuables as a result of the Operator's provision of the Services and Additional Paid Services.
Payment by the User of Additional Paid Services and related costs.
Continuous and uninterrupted operation of the Resource.
User's capabilities related to Internet connection, data transmission speed.

Operator does not guarantee:

Uninterrupted, reliable, error-free operation of the Resource, access to its Operator's resources, Services, including Additional Paid Services.
The fact that the Resource will fully comply with the User's requirements and representations.
That the quality of the provided Services (Additional Paid Services) will meet the User's expectations.
The Operator shall not be obliged to provide documents and other evidence evidencing violation (by the User) of this Agreement and application of penalties/disciplinary sanctions to the User at the User's request.
The User uses the Resource, Operator's Website solely at his/her own risk, of his/her own free will, without coercion. The User understands the possible risks associated with the use of the Operator's resources and has no claims against the Operator.

Account Penalty Policy

4.8 Account Penalty Policy

If a breach of the User Agreement is confirmed, the User's account will be subject to a restriction corresponding to the breach.

Types of Restrictions

There are four levels of Restrictions in order of severity: Warning, Temporary Account Suspension (3 days), Temporary Account Suspension (10 days), and Final Account Suspension.

Warning: is the least severe penalty and is issued upon confirmation of a minor infringement. Depending on the nature of the violation, the Operator will provide "improvement instructions", giving the player advice on how to improve his behavior to prevent further violations of this type in the future. Follow the instructions to prevent further account behavior in the future.
Temporary Account Suspension: is a restriction imposed upon confirmation of a serious violation. If a temporary account suspension restriction is imposed, the user will not be able to play on the Operator's Resource during the applicable suspension period. There are two types of temporary account suspension: for 3 days and for 10 days. The length of the restriction period is determined based on the severity of the violation in conjunction with the player's record of past violations. Even if a Warning for past actions has not been issued, a temporary restriction may be imposed depending on the nature of the offense. When a temporary restriction is imposed on a suspension, the suspension will take effect immediately, but the suspension period will run from 18:00 UTC+0 (server time) the following day. The operator is not responsible for limiting the availability of the game as a result of the suspension.
Final Account Suspension: this restriction can be applied to a User's account in case of confirmation of a serious violation or repeated violations. Final Account Suspension permanently denies you access to the Operator Portal and its services. In addition, any other User accounts associated with the Operator Portal will also be blocked. The Operator is not responsible for any refunds due to inability to play the game.
Verification process for account restriction

If an Account Restriction is imposed, an additional review will always be conducted to determine if a Final Account Lockout should be applied. The period of temporary suspension is not only the penalty for the violation, but also the period during which the review will be conducted. Depending on the nature of the violation, the permanent suspension review process may not be completed during the temporary suspension period. In this case, the temporary suspension period will be extended until the review is completed. The operator is not liable for any refunds due to the inability to play the game.

Penalty Points

Penalty points refer to specific point values that are assigned to each type of violation category (e.g., "obscene/offensive language", "aggressive language such as coarse language/slander/insults/threats, etc.") and vary depending on the severity. type of violation. The total sum of these penalty points determines the type of punishment the offender will receive. The penalty points, along with the actual penalty imposed, are recorded and will be used to determine the penalties imposed for any future violations. The operator will not disclose details of the specific criteria that determine the seriousness of the violation and the corresponding penalty points, or how many points are awarded for an individual penalty.

Accumulation of penalty points

All warnings and penalty points are recorded and accumulated. Thus, in case of repeated violation by the user, new penalty points will be added and then based on these points a restriction will be applied for the new confirmed violation. It is possible to issue a Warning if the previously recorded violation was equivalent to a Warning. However, if the previously recorded violation was a temporary account lockout, a more severe restriction will be imposed even if the new violation is equivalent to a Warning. However, the Penalty Points accrued may be reduced depending on the number of days that have passed since the previous penalty. See the next section for details.

Write-off of penalty points

If a significant amount of time has passed since the last restriction was imposed, the Penalty Points accrued may be reduced based on the content of the previous restriction and the actual number of days that have passed. This does not mean that Penalty Points are suddenly reset to 0 after a certain number of days. Instead, points will be reduced in proportion to the number of days that have passed. If the previously issued penalty was a warning, the penalty points accrued will continue to decrease until they reach 0 points over a period of one to two years. However, if the previously issued penalty was an account suspension, the accrued penalty points will not begin to decrease until at least a period of three to six years has passed, and will not reach 0 points for at least seven to ten years. If a new violation is confirmed after a point reduction, the Penalty Points for the new violation will be added to the points remaining after the reduction to determine the type of restriction that will be imposed for the new violation. The reduction in points awarded is based on the amount of time that has elapsed since the last penalty. Therefore, if a subsequent offense is committed before the reduction occurs, the countdown to the reduction will be reset to that point. In addition, this system will not reverse the termination of a User's account.

PRIVACY AND SECURITY

5. CONFIDENTIALITY AND SECURITY
5.1. Confidential information - information received by the operator in the process of registration of the User on the Site, as well as when visiting the Sites/Resources and participating in the activities of the Resource.
5.2. Confidential information is not subject to disclosure and transfer to third parties.
5.3. Personal data may be transferred by the Operator only in the following cases:

Official request of law enforcement authorities (violation of local and international laws). Personal will of the User.
Inability to use the Services and Additional Paid Services on the Resources (about which the User is warned in advance).
Violations of the clauses of this Agreement (at Operator's discretion).

5.4 The Operator ensures the safety of the user's personal data using special software. In case of unauthorized access to the Resource/Site by third parties, the security of personal data is not guaranteed.

ADDITIONAL PAID SERVICES

6. ADDITIONAL PAID SERVICES
6.1. At the User's request, the Operator provides the User with Additional Paid Services. They allow the User to use the extended features of the Resource.
6.2. Additional Paid Services are not a prerequisite for using the Resource and participating in the Resource projects.
6.3. From the moment the Resource Operator debits funds from the User's account, an additional Paid Service is deemed to have been provided in full and of proper quality.
6.4. The User agrees that the Operator has the right to store personal information obtained when the User purchases Additional Paid Services.
6.5. The list of Additional Paid Services and their cost are published only by the Operator on the Website/Resource. Any information and purchase offers posted on third-party resources are considered fraud, for which the Operator is not responsible.
6.6. The ways and possibility to purchase Additional Paid Services are explained by the Operator on the Website.
6.7. The Operator does not give explanations on the operation of payment systems, through which the User decided to purchase Additional Paid Services and is not responsible for their correct operation.
6.8. In cases of technical malfunction of the Website or deliberate actions of the User, or in other cases of provision of Additional Paid Services without full/partial debiting of funds from the User's account, the User is obliged to inform the Operator about it. After that the User is obliged to repay the debt.
6.9. The User guarantees to the Operator that he/she has all legal authorizations and rights to conclude this Agreement with regard to the Additional Paid Services.
6.10. In case of purchasing Additional Paid Services by the User who is under 18 years of age, the User must first obtain the consent for the financial transaction from his/her legal representatives. The fact of purchase of Additional Paid Services is a confirmation of obtaining such consent from the legal representative. If necessary, the Operator has the right to request written confirmation of the consent and provision of passport data to determine the true age of the User.
6.11. The responsibility for purchasing Additional Paid Services lies entirely on the User and his/her legal representatives.
6.12. Disputes about the responsibility for purchasing Additional Paid Services with the Portal Operator are not allowed.
6.13. Additional Paid Services can be received by the User only after full payment of their cost.

7. RETURN/REFUND/CANCELLATION POLICY

7.1. From the moment the Operator debits money from the User's account, the Additional Paid Service shall be deemed to have been provided in full and of proper quality.
7.2. After the provision of the Additional Paid Service the funds spent on it are not subject to refund.
7.3. The Operator shall not reimburse the User for his/her funds, fully or partially used for the Additional Paid Services.
7.4. The User shall bear all financial expenses related to the purchase (transfer of funds) of the Additional Paid Services at his/her own expense. This section includes commission fees, taxes and other expenses.

DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES

8. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES

ALL SERVICES ON THE RESOURCE ARE PROVIDED TO USERS UNDER THE ESTABLISHED CONCEPT OF "AS IS". PORTAL DISCLAIMS WARRANTIES REGARDING SERVICES OR IN-GAME ITEMS. THE OPERATOR HEREBY WARNS AND REMINDS THAT EXCESSIVE USE OF THE PC, INCLUDING PLAYING ON THE PC, MAY CAUSE HARM TO THE USER'S HEALTH. THE USER OR HIS/HER LEGAL REPRESENTATIVES, PRINCIPAL HEREBY AGREES TO BE RESPONSIBLE FOR MONITORING HIS/HER HEALTH CONDITION AND NOT TO USE THE SERVICES/RESTRICT THEIR USE IN CASE OF CONTRAINDICATIONS. THE OPERATOR IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL OR OTHER DAMAGE (INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, LOST PROFITS) RESULTING FROM THE RELATIONSHIP OF GAME SERVICES, THE OPERATOR'S PORTAL AND/OR MATERIALS ON THE SITES, ACTIONS OF THIRD PARTIES RELATED TO GAME SERVICES AND THE OPERATOR'S PORTAL AND/OR MATERIALS ON THE SITES, INCLUDING FRAUDULENT AND/OR NEGLIGENT ACTIONS OF THIRD PARTIES.

ADDITIONAL PROVISIONS

9. ADDITIONAL PROVISIONS
9.1 If the User does not have the right to use the Resource in accordance with the laws of his/her country or if there are other restrictions (age restrictions and other), he/she is obliged to refuse to use the Resource and its individual services without warning. The User assumes all responsibility for the use of the Resource in his/her country, based on local laws and taking into account international legislation.
9.2 The invalidity of one/some clauses/sections of the User Agreement does not entail its invalidity as a whole. The Parties shall fulfill their obligations under the remaining clauses/sections of the Agreement.
9.3 Disputes arising between the Parties are subject to pre-trial resolution by correspondence between the Operator and the User. In case of ineffective settlement of disputes, they will be resolved in accordance with the Spanish legislation.
9.4 This Agreement may be amended, supplemented by the Operator without prior notice to the User. Any changes shall come into force immediately after publication of the amended version of the Agreement on the Website. In order to avoid disputable situations, the User undertakes to independently check the text of the Agreement on the Website, where it is freely available. If the User is unable to check the text of the Agreement, this fact may not serve as a reason for refusal to fulfill the undertaken obligations. The amended version of the Agreement after its publication on the Website has the same legal force as the original text.

10. WORLD TRADE RULES

This Agreement governs the relationship between the Expanse resource Operator and the user (an individual who agrees to the terms, hereinafter referred to as the "User") and establishes standards for managing the service, as well as measures applied in case of violations of the World Trade service usage Terms (hereinafter referred to as "Restrictions"), and other issues related to the conditions for providing access to World Trade.

World Trade is an in-game mechanism for exchanging and trading items and resources between players (hereinafter referred to as "World Trade").

By using World Trade within the game, you automatically agree to these terms of service. The Operator reserves the right to make changes to this Agreement without prior notice to Users. Users are required to regularly check for updates to the Agreement.

If any rule is violated, restrictions may be applied to the player, up to and including the confiscation of items/balance and blocking access to World Trade.

1. General Provisions

The Operator has the right to impose restrictions on the User depending on the nature of the violation, taking into account the degree of violation and accompanying circumstances. These restrictions are established in accordance with paragraph 2 of the Restriction Policy and may include additional measures not mentioned in this Agreement if the Operator deems it necessary.
The Operator has the right to analyze user behavior and take measures in situations not covered by these rules if deemed necessary.
Sanctions for rule violations apply to all of the player's accounts, including those where the violator has a unique identifier. (This means that restrictions may be imposed on all characters that the violator has ever accessed)
To contact the Operator regarding World Trade issues, the User can reach out to the user support service.
An attempt to violate the rules may be equated to committing a violation.
Ignorance or misunderstanding of the rules does not exempt from responsibility for their violation.
This Agreement applies to all aspects of the World Trade functionality, including both real money transactions (RMT) and in-game transactions.

2. Restriction Policy

When using World Trade, the User is prohibited from:

Publicly announcing or discussing their goods or items in the game, on the forum, or other information resources of the project, except for World Trade.
Making promises of in-game bonuses in exchange for purchasing the User's lot or goods through the World Trade interface.
Listing items for purchase or sale in the World Trade interface at deliberately incorrect prices.
Listing outdated or irrelevant items in the World Trade interface to overload it with offers.
Transferring balance between master accounts using lots registered in the World Trade interface at intentionally inflated or deflated prices.
Any action or intentional attempt that may potentially harm the server's economy is considered a violation and subject to sanctions. These actions include, but are not limited to: illegal transactions, price manipulation, unfair trading, creating inflation, artificially lowering the value of currency or items, measures aimed at restricting other players' access to resources, items or services, creating unfair competitive advantages, or any other actions that may negatively impact the economic stability of the game world.
Managing trade operations using multiple computers to simultaneously launch multiple characters to gain an advantage over other users.
Any real money trading (RMT) outside of World Trade is prohibited. RMT includes the act of direct or indirect transfer, provision, or delegation of in-game data or activity for compensation (including currency, goods, property, currency outside our services, characters, items, data, information, etc.) or facilitating this. If RMT activity is confirmed, restrictions will be imposed on the User's account.
Fraud or any attempts to deceive other players are strictly prohibited and subject to immediate sanctions. This includes, but is not limited to, trade fraud, unfair exchanges, fake offers, and any actions aimed at harming other users.
Creating, using, or transacting with any in-game items created or copied using design vulnerabilities, undocumented issues, or errors in the World Trade interface, which disrupt the economy of the game environment.
Using abnormal transactions – any repeated actions involving abnormal movement of in-game values between accounts through the World Trade interface. This includes gaining advantage or harming other Users by manipulating World Trade prices, performing repeated transactions at maximum/minimum price, intentional selling/buying, abnormal purchase of a large number of items, etc. If the volume of moved values significantly harms the game, even for the first violation, measures in the form of permanent restriction may be applied.
Using gameplay exclusively to gain financial benefit through the acquisition of in-game values with subsequent realization within World Trade. The administration reserves the right to permanently block game accounts and deny access to World Trade.

Possible Restrictions

If certain actions specified in paragraph 2 of the Restriction Policy are detected, the User who committed such action may be held liable in accordance with the Agreement, and the Operator has the right to apply strict restrictions and sanctions to the account.

Depending on the severity of the violation, any of the restrictions listed in this section may be applied to the User. The list below includes these measures but is not limited to them. Even if multiple Users violated the same provision, the Operator independently assigns restrictions from the list specified in this paragraph, depending on the severity of the violation.

Deprivation of “Samurai” status (pig samurai) - permanent. “Samurai” status means that even after receiving it, the character will not be able to transfer his items.
Blocking the User's game account(s) for an indefinite period, as well as confiscating acquired in-game values and/or advantages.
Blocking the User's account(s) (master accounts).
Complete ban on withdrawing funds from World Trade and cancellation of current withdrawal requests.
Full or partial confiscation of the World Trade balance.

3. Disclaimer

If the User mistakenly listed the wrong item for sale or purchase, or specified an incorrect price or quantity, the transaction is considered complete and cannot be canceled.
Funds transferred from the World Trade Balance to the Personal Account Balance cannot be withdrawn to a cash account or returned to the World Trade account but can be used to purchase goods in the User's personal account.
The Operator is not responsible for any potential losses to the User if official information about changes in the operation of World Trade was published, but the User did not review it.
The Operator is not responsible for any potential losses to the User in cases such as inattention, insufficient information, fraud, and any similar situations.
The Operator is not responsible for any trading operations conducted outside the World Trade system or other Operator services.
