World trade
General Information
- Via World Trade, you can sell and buy items.
- Items registered in the World Trade system cannot be used.
- When you place an order (when you purchase an item), it always requires a deposit of the full cost of the order placed.
How to Top Up the World Trade Balance
Go to the Balance Replenishment page in the Account Control Panel and top up the Marketplace balance if there are no funds on it.
Attention!: Do not confuse the regular balance with the Marketplace balance; they are different accounts! You cannot use the features of the World Trade with the regular balance!
How to withdraw funds from the World Trade Balance
To withdraw funds from the World Trade Balance, players are provided with two options: transfer to the Master Account balance without a fee and transfer to a real money account with a 25% commission.
- Withdrawal requests are processed weekly (on Tuesdays), with subsequent transfer to the payment system, which may take from 24 to 72 hours.
- The maximum waiting time for funds to be transferred to a bank card or electronic wallet is 14 days.
Transfer to Master Account Balance
- To transfer funds from the Global Trade balance to the Personal Account balance, follow these steps:
- Go to the Withdrawal page in the Account Control Panel.
- Select 'To master account.'
- Specify the amount of balance you want to transfer to the Personal Account.
- Enter your PIN-CODE and confirm the transfer. The PIN-CODE ensures security, ensuring that Master Account and Marketplace funds will not be used without your knowledge.
The transfer to the Personal Account balance is instant.
Attention!: Funds transferred from the World Trade balance to the Master Account cannot be withdrawn to your bank account or returned to the World Trade account.
Withdrawal to Real Account
The minimum withdrawal amount is 30 Balance = 30 USD.
- To transfer balance from the World Trade account to a bank card or electronic wallet, follow the steps below:
- Go to the Withdrawal page in the Personal Account.
- Select the 'Electronic wallet/Bank card'
- Specify the amount of balance you want to withdraw to your real account.
- Enter your PIN-CODE and confirm the transfer. The PIN-CODE ensures security, ensuring that Master Account and Marketplace funds will not be used without your knowledge.
Withdrawal requests are processed weekly (On Tuesdays until 06:00 (GMT+3), all requests submitted after the specified time will be included in the list for the following week), after which they are transferred to the payment system, which may take an additional 24-72 hours. The transfer of funds to your bank account is completed within 14 days.
Attention!: Failure to comply with the rules of the project leads to full or partial blocking of access to the Trade service with confiscation of funds.
Fee and timing
- The World Trade Commission is always paid by the seller.
- The amount of the fee is 5% of the expected revenue.
- Only sellers who do not have an active Premium Account subscription are charged a fee.
- If an item is offered for sale before getting a Premium Account subscription, then after getting it, the seller's commission will be saved, and in order to remove the fee you need to re-place the lot.
- If Premium Account subscription is activated - there will be no fee.
- Maximum lot sales period: 7 days.
- Time to pick up unsold goods: no limit.
Selling or buying items
- You can put items up for sale or buy in [My Trades] - [Register for sale] window.
Attention!: The buy/sell price of an item in the initial entry window, shown in balance, cannot contain separators due to client restrictions. Carefully check the value when you set the lot!
- When you place an item for sale or buy, you can always see the current price in the right part of the item registration window.
- When you place any item (except Adena) for sale or purchase, a choice of transaction currency is available.
- When you sell Adena, the currency selector cannot be changed and the selection is always fixed on balance.
- The minimum amount of Adena to sell/buy is 1,000,000. You can enter the value manually or use the specific buttons.
Attention!: The best way to check the exact current balance is using the in-game interface, since the Account Panel Dashboard does not have a function for displaying decimal numbers.
- To register items for sale, the conditions are as follows:

- The maximum number of lots includes not only those for sale, but also with expired lots.
Example: You have 34 items for sale and 1 expired item. It makes 35 lots in total, so you cannot put new items for sale before receiving the payment for the sold items and/or retrieving the expired ones.
Buying items
- When you make a lot to buy an item, a Balance or Adena deposit is always charged at 100% of the total cost of the lot.
- You always pay the full price for the item when you put it up for purchase.
Example: You place an order (wish to buy) for 24,000,000 Adena for the total price of 200 balance (200,000 in the cost setup interface) or 9,190 for 1 million Adena. Immediately, after placing the lot, 200 units will be charged from your balance as a deposit and guarantor of the lot payment.
- If you cancel a lot, you will immediately receive a refund of the remaining sum. Without any losses, because the commission for the purchase of lots is imposed on the seller (in the case of the absence of a Premium Account).
World Trade Search
- The search is available when you enter at least 3 symbols in the string.
- If there is already a value in the search bar and the search has been completed, the search button becomes inactive and you need to press the "Refresh" button or use Enter to search again.
- The search for Adena is not available. There is a special tab with the same name for this.
- Added a feature to Search for Collectibles.
World Trade Search
- A number of additional filters are available in the World Trade system: Items offered for purchase/items offered for sale/Items for Adena/Items for personal account balance.
- By default, both filters are always active.
- When you click on the filter button, it will be disabled. Both filters cannot be active at the same time; one or two item search filters will always be active.
Character Sale
- To sell a character, open the World Trade window and then click 'Check my items' → 'Character'.
- A character can only be sold for Euro currency (Balance).
- When placing a character up for sale, a Deposit Fee will be required, which consists in:
- L-Coins x20,000
- Adena x10,000,000
- In order for a character to be sold, several requirements must be met, which are listed in the 'Requirements' listing.
- When a character is registered for sale, certain functions will become unavailable until it's sold. These include:
- Enchanting/ augmenting/ inserting Soul Crystals to/ upgrading/ destroying/ discarding/ purchasing/ combining items
- Sending/ receiving mail
- Using the Warehouse
- Receiving items from other characters on the account
- Using the Class Change service
- Character deletion
- Once the character has been purchased, its Adena and L-Coin will be deleted and the deposit fee will be debited to its inventory (therefore, the purchased character will have those 20,000 L-Coins and Adena x10,000,000 available).
Purchasing a Character
- A character can only be purchased through a new account that has a level 1 character on it.
- You can see the characters that are currently for sale in the World Trade window → 'Characters'.
- You can inspect a character for sale, in order to have a preview of the character's inventory, skills, warehouse and collections.
- Once a character is purchased, a free nickname change is granted.
